The majority of my work involves facilitating the development of strategic business plans for companies that lack the expertise or resources to do it on their own. I'm often hired by Boards, CEOs, or CFOs who need someone who can not just guide them through the process but is also objective and experienced enough to challenge their thinking and manage different personalities and points of view.
Go-To-Market Strategy
An effective marketing plan that drives revenue starts with a clear understanding of what makes your business different. However, many marketing plans I see today are communications plans. They focus on communicating WHAT a business does, and not WHY the target customer should choose them. I work with companies to help them develop their value proposition and determine the changes and investments they need to make to leverage and protect it.
Fractional CMO/CRO Services
I provide services on a variety of strategy and revenue marketing topics, including Brand Architecture and Strategy, Marketing Structure and Operations, and Marketing and Sales Effectiveness. If you're not sure your marketing capabilities are as effective as they can be or if you have an inexperienced team that needs leadership but you can't afford a full time executive, I provide advisory services on both a project and a retainer basis.
